Terms and Conditions

Payment: Strongbar accepts only Visa and Mastercard for orders placed online. All other payment terms and arrangements are at Strongbar’s sole discretion and subject to credit approval. Interest of 2% of unpaid balance per month will be charged to overdue accounts. Holdbacks and backcharges are not accepted.

Shipping: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unless you specify otherwise, we will ship via FedEx or UPS standard ground service and add the cost to your invoice. Strongbar will provide you with a freight estimate upon request. In some cases goods will ship directly from the factory.

Cancellation: Standard stock orders can be cancelled by phone with a Strongbar representative within 7 days provided goods have not been shipped. Goods that are manufactured to order cannot be cancelled once the goods have entered production. Order cancellations are subject to a restocking charge of 30 percent the net purchase price of the item(s) or order. Special orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

Returns: Strongbar accepts authorized returns of stock merchandise in their original condition and packaging and only within 30 days of the transaction date. All refunds are subject to a restocking charge of 30 percent the net purchase price of the item(s) or order. Special orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs. *You must e-mail returns@strongbar.com to receive instructions and authorization for a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. To process an exchange or a return on damaged items, you are responsible for keeping the original box and all packaging. Strongbar Industries will assume the return shipping charges only for products that are found to be defective.

For items damaged during shipping, please notify the carrier and Strongbar before acceptance of the shipment. Strongbar is not responsible for damage that is accepted prior to such notification.
